LiftMaster 1702LM Universal Garage Door Opener Outside Emergency Key Release

This is a brand new LiftMaster model 1702LM garage door opener quick release lock kit. The LiftMaster 1702LM is the same as the Chamberlain 7702CB and the Sears Craftsman 139.53702 new part number 00953702000.

Used to disconnect garage door opener mechanism to allow opening garage door manually from the outside. Essential for use on garages that do not have any other access door to the garage to allow the garage door to be opened from the outside during power outage or operation failure.

Works with any make or model of garage door opener that has a pull down release mechanism on the carriage assembly. The LiftMaster 1702LM works with one piece overhead and sectional up and over type garage doors.

This item is new in plain cardboard box and includes lock mechanism with two keys, steel cable, mounting hardware and mounting instructions.
